Welcome to Old Coyote Ceramics and Steve Mac Art. By using this website or purchasing products from OldCoyoteCeramics.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using this website, you agree not to use our products, images, or content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All artwork and handmade ceramic items are subject to availability.

Because our work is handmade and original, slight variations in color, glaze, texture, framing, size, or finish may occur. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade art and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and images; however, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings and devices.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or product availability issues.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before orders are shipped.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Old Coyote Ceramics and Steve Mac Art are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Due to the handmade and original nature of our artwork and ceramics, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping damage.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 6 – COPYRIGHT & ARTIST RIGHTS

All artwork, photographs, product designs, logos, text, graphics, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Old Coyote Ceramics, Steve Mac Art, Cascade Roots, and/or the respective artist and are protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, displayed, sold, or used without prior written permission.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial usage rights unless expressly provided in writing.

SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that the website will be free from errors or harmful components.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Old Coyote Ceramics, Steve Mac Art, and their owners, artists, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States laws.

Any disputes arising from use of this website or purchases made through it shall be resolved in the State of Washington.
