Refund/Return Policy Please choose your artwork (goods) carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. Please message us through the Contact page on OldCoyoteCeramics.com for further details. We try to avoid any dispute, so we work with complaints in the following way: If you are unhappy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Damaged Art
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please contact the shipping carrier and us immediately. If you notice damage upon unpacking your art from Old Coyote Ceramics, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the art with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged art.
Right to Cancel Customer as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel your purchase (contract) within 4 days prior to shipping goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire the date your goods were shipped to you, or a third party, other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last of the Goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract by a clear statement setting out your decision (e.g. a message sent by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation in the cancellation period - Except as set out below, if you cancel this Contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Timing of Reimbursement If the goods have not shipped, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: 14 days after the day which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Order Contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Postage & Packaging All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the artwork being damaged in delivery. Shipping is not included in the price of all original art. Shipping charges apply to all other products and will be added at check out based on delivery address. All purchases are shipped with tracked delivery and insurance.
International Customs Charges If you are outside the USA, you may be charged taxes and duties when your parcel arrives in the country. This is your responsibility to pay. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more.
Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Katie MacCallum, the owner and operator of this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.
