- Custom art orders typically take 8-12 weeks (or sometimes longer) to complete. Please plan ahead if you are getting a gift as rush orders are not possible.
- Old Coyote Ceramics are able to complete small batches of custom orders. Signing up for this waiting list will hold your spot in line. We will contact you directly by email once it's your turn.
- Full payment + tax & shipping will be required before creating your art. Refunds are not available once your order has been started.
- Your art is fired to over 2000° twice, on occasion things do not go as planned. Old Coyote Ceramics will communicate with you along the way if more time is needed to create a quality piece of art.
- For Custom Pet Portraits, please attach an image(s) of the animal's face. All pets welcome. Please no requests for human portraits. *Only one animal portrait/headshot will be carved per piece.
